The Hotel Jorgensen operated successfully as a hotel thru the 1980's. The street level was extensively renovated in the 1990's but the upper floors remained vacant. The purpose of this study was to determine mechanical, electrical, and structural layouts for renovation of the upper levels for office and residential use.
